A group of BA Advertising, Public Relations and Media students have recently run a Bring and Give (B.A.G) campaign to support the local homeless community.
Each year students on the course run a campaign on a topic of their choosing as part of their Campaigns and Social Change module. This year they have partnered with local charity Homeless Action Barnet (HAB) to try and deliver some practical help to local people in need.
“Our degrees have a very strong emphasis on giving students the kind of practical skills they'll need beyond the University and this project is an example of them taking what they've learned into their community." - Martin McGrath, Lecturer in Public Relations and Media.

Students from all years of BA Television Production came together to record a live TV programme entitled
MDX NOW. The show is a collaborative production focusing on the success of current and former students from across the Faculty of Arts and Creative Industries. Students took on a variety of different roles including presenting, operating cameras and controlling lighting and sound.
MDX Now was coordinated by Dale Wightman (above, centre), Lecturer in television production, as a way to capture the hands-on and collaborative nature of the television industry the degree prepares students for.
Middlesex’s BA Television Production course is one of the most practical and career-focused television degrees in the UK, having been developed in close consultation with the television industry.
